4 May be waived for the policyholder but is compulsory for passengers
5 Minimum liability law goes into effect Jan. 1, 2001
6 Property-damage liability only is mandatory
7 Liability rises to 50/100 if injury results in death
8 Medical- First party (policyholder) medical expenses.
